We offer a range of notary public services, including notarizing documents, administering oaths and affirmations, and certifying copies of documents.

In North Carolina, notaries can accept state or federal-issued photo IDs, such as: Driver's license, State ID card, U.S. passport issued by the U.S. Department of State.

Notaries may also verify a signer's identity through personal knowledge or on the oath of a credible witness. A credible witness is someone who can vouch for your identity, but it can't be a friend or family member. 

In North Carolina, the fee for a notarial act is $10.00 per notarized signature, as set by the NC Secretary of State.

• Special handling or after-hours requests
   

Mortgage Signing Services are negotiated separately, depending on the complexity and scope of the signing.
