Apostille Notarization Services

An Apostille is an official certificate issued by a designated authority that authenticates the origin of a public document, such as a birth certificate or notarized agreement, for use in another country. It is recognized by countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention, simplifying international document verification.

Our Apostille service fees vary depending on the document type, number of pages, and destination country.

  • Standard Apostille (State Level): $125–$175 per document
  • Federal  Apostille (U.S. Department of State): $175–$225 per document
  • Expedited Service: Additional $50–$100 (based on urgency and location)
  • Optional  Services:
    • Document notarization (if needed): $10–$15 per signature
    • Pickup and delivery service (local only): starting at $25
    • International shipping: based on destination and carrier rates

You will receive a full cost estimate once your Apostille Intake Form is reviewed.

  

🧾Step-by-Step Client Experience

  1. Complete the Apostille Intake Form
    Download the form from our “Forms” section below and fill out all requested details.
  2. Submit Your Documents
    • Email scanned copies for review, or
    • Schedule a pickup/drop-off appointment.

          3.  Document Verification
                  We review for notarization, signature, and eligibility requirements.

          4.  Processing and Authentication
                Documents are submitted to the appropriate authority (state or federal).

          5. Tracking and Delivery
              Once the apostille is issued, you’ll receive:

  • Tracking number via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS
  • Confirmation of shipment or local delivery

          6. Completion Confirmation
    

You’ll receive digital and physical confirmation of your completed apostille package.
